Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines:
Each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (or no more than 8 pages with USD 120 over-length charge for the extra page). You are strongly recommended to revise your paper in consideration of reviewers' comments. The TPC Co-Chairs may contact you if they are not satisfied with your final version. Please note that the paper title, the list and order of authors cannot be changed after the paper is accepted. Failure to abide by this policy may result in the removal of your paper from the final conference program. The camera-ready version of accepted papers must be prepared according to the manuscript template for IEEE conference proceedings, which can be found here .
The Formatting Publicity Chair may contact you if the received camera-ready version is not complaint with the IEEE conference template. It is therefore important that you follow very carefully IEEE template guideline to avoid further delays.

IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to authors of these papers.
